Frequently asked questions

What do I need to know before booking Jennifer?

Jennifer talks about being UnScripted, but you can rest assured she is one of the most prepared speakers you will work with. Prepared for the UnExpected, the UnPredictable, and the UnAvoidable, and when these happen she will be UnFlappable. From last minute room changes to technology malfunctions, times when you expected 50 and got 500, or sudden time crunches and you need to get back on schedule – no worries, Jennifer’s Got This!

Who benefits from Jennifer’s message?

Because change is happening everywhere, UnScripted Keynotes are appropriate across all industries and for all levels, we tailor our message to resonate with your people and to complement your theme.

Jennifer’s message is good at any time during a Conference, and clients have specifically said:

“Kicked off the Conference with all attendees using the right mindset and ready to learn”

“Energized the audience after lunch and inspired them for the rest of the day”

“Closed the Conference, incorporating our themes and inspired them to take action”

Big stages, small stages, in bars and even on a plane (!) Jennifer has delighted audiences. Often rated the highest speaker at industry conferences and events, Jennifer delivers an impact.

Is there any cost saving opportunities?

If Jennifer is already there delivering a keynote – add a workshop, have her emcee or moderate a panel.

Can Jennifer help with event design?

Don’t know what you need?

Let us help design your event for maximum impact – from designing the session to the full conference or event, let us partner with you to deliver a unique experience design.

Can you tell me more about improv?

IMPROV…?  Don’t squirm.  We got this!

“Improv? I don’t think our group will go for that.”

“My group is full of introverts, no way will they go for it.”

“Our senior leaders will not do that.”

You’re not alone! We’ve heard it before and we GET it. It’s a risk doing something new and different but remember… Our job is to make you look good. (Period). We wouldn’t dream of doing anything to risk that.

Full engagement. Every time. From Everyone.

We don’t put anyone “on the spot”, no need to perform or be funny. It’s about adopting the important principles of improv through experiential exercises designed to allow participants to feel and experience concepts – not just hear about them. The physical experience and the personalized debrief cement the learnings and lead to real Ah Ha’s that then get translated into new behaviours back at work and home.

Where in the world is Jennifer?

We enjoy working internationally, nationally, and close to home in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Let’s talk about change

What are you looking for…?
What are you seeing in your organization…?
What do you need…?

Let us know and we will design from here…

  • We need to be more comfortable with change and less resistant to change
  • We need to get “unstuck”
  • We need to overcome change fatigue
  • We need the right mindset to be open to change and innovation
  • We need to challenge the status quo
  • We need to build a more resilient workplace in the face of change
  • We need to create a more psychologically safe environment where people bring their best ideas to work
  • We want our people to be more curious about their work and seek ways to better serve our customers
  • We need to have more fun as a team
  • We want to break down silos and create a more collaborative work environment
  • We need to focus our attention on the strategic areas of our work, not just the urgent issues
  • We need to be more effective with our decision making even when we don’t have all the information
  • We want to be ready to tackle the UnExpected, the UnPredictable and the UnAvoidable
  • We need to spend our budget before the end of the year (just sayin’, we can help with that too)
  • All of the above…?

Embrace

the Unexpected, the Unpredictable,

and the Unavoidable.”
