Warning Signs – Hidden in plain sight
We should have known.
Hindsight amplifies the warning signs.
What was hiding in plain sight reveals itself with clarity, after the fact.
- No one speaking up in meetings
- Revisiting past decisions on routine problems
- No progress on projects
- Hesitation to commit, connect or conceive
Uncertainty is taking its toll on our companies, on our teams, and ourselves in different ways, every day. We don’t always notice the signs when they are happening, or we don’t connect what is happening to why.
But now that we are aware, we can prepare.
You see, change and uncertainty are not going away – so we just have to get better it. And while we can’t always “plan” for the unexpected and the unpredictable, we can PREPARE for it.
When we no longer see uncertainty as a threat, it can become our opportunity.
